Below, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions received by our customer services department.

Is shipping on account possible?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping on account.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time within the European Union is 5-10 business days after receipt of payment (for foreign deliveries it is 5-15 business days).

Do you offer express delivery?

Currently we do not offer guaranteed next business day delivery. In most cases, costly express delivery is not necessary. You will receive small orders by letter post. 90% of all letters are delivered within 5-10 business days. Larger orders will be sent as a package by DHL or UPS. Parcels are generally out for delivery for up to 5-7 business days.

Can you provide me with a written offer?

It depends on your request. If you require an offer for products from our online shop, then unfortunately we are unable to provide this. The stock changes every 15 minutes and the prices are only valid when purchased through the online shop. If you require a printed document for submission, we recommend adding all products to the shopping cart and then printing the shopping cart.

For products that are not listed in our online shop, we will be happy to make you an offer. At the moment, however, we are only offering Hand Waving Flags PRO 2x3 ft as custom-made products. For more information, please visit our Hand Waving Flags PRO 2x3 ft category.

Do you grant reseller discounts or other discounts?

We do not grant regular reseller discounts. By default, however, you receive automatic quantity discounts on the item prices in the shopping cart.

For 2 or more products you get 2% discount
For 5 or more products you get 5% discount
For 10 or more products you get 10% discount

For orders over 200 €, shipping is free of charge. For an additional one-off discount of 10%, please subscribe to our newsletter.
